At DesignerOptics.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your frames within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all manufacturer packaging and tags intact.

Securely pack the eyewear in its original designer case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
